We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

Sales Support Representative (Part & Full-time available)

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2+ years successful track record in technical sales related positions.
  • Technically competent, customer-oriented person able to resolve moderate - complex tecnical problems in a fast paced team environment.
  • Excellent written and phone communications.
  • The ability to complete tasks correctly and on-time.
  • Macintosh experience (2+ years).
  • Friendly, personable and a strong commitment to satisfying customers in a team environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills, comfortable with databases and an ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Telephone follow-up for sales inquiries (no cold-calling required).
  2. Customer Support for cross-platform (Mac & Windows) network fax product. Responsible for learning and advising customers on various fax solutions, their setup, implementations, benefits and usage.
  3. Primary support for industry-specific product for Manufacturer Reps. Responsible for learning customer business, common problems and program-based solutions for getting their work done.
  4. Assist Customers with program walk-thru and demonstration. Assist in problem analysis, troubleshooting & resolution.
  5. Preparing accurate sales quotes for customers and assist them in determining their needs.
  6. Work with in-house product developers and designers. Report bugs needing fixes, provide feedback and recommend enhancements based on customer and personal usage.
  7. Assist with updating web content.
  8. Assist in a variety of technical areas throughout the company.
