4-Sight Fax v5 Drives Down the Cost of Network Faxing
ATLANTA, GA — June 3, 2002— The first Mac OS X network fax server providing direct access over any Internet connection has a reduced entry-level price of $495 for the 1-line/5 user license. Built on TCP/IP, 4-Sight Fax v5 eliminates the common frustrations of business travelers needing fax capabilities while on the road.
Two Platforms — One Solution
With the version 5 client now compatible for all Windows versions, mixed-platform businesses save the cost of purchasing and supporting multiple investments with its integrated solution. In addition, unlike server-side imaging fax products, 4-Sight Fax renders faxes directly from the version 5 client. Only client-side imaging allows users to preview a fax before sending it. This newest release introduces an innovative and convenient “fax forwarding to e-mail” option. Similar to the popular JFax service without the ongoing fees, version 5 provides direct routing of incoming faxes to a User’s e-mail account. Here, faxes are delivered via e-mail as universally accepted PDF documents. Customers electing this option can choose from three licensing tiers—10, 30 and unlimited users—which sell for $295, $595 and $1,195, respectively.
Upgrade and Support Agreements Now Available
Cost conscious customers can now budget 20% a year for unlimited program updates, including toll-free telephone, e-mail and fax support. Alternatively, businesses can purchase upgrades and technical support on an as-needed basis.

Businesses running multiple copies of single-user fax software with multiple phone lines can work smarter and save money.
