4-Sight Fax v5 Announces Enhanced Fax Reporting

ATLANTA, GA — June 18, 2002—Soft Solutions announces that their OS X-ready 4-Sight Fax version 5 now provides client-based fax reporting capabilities for system administrators responsible for managing fax networks.

The new reporting feature allows quick and easy access to view and present customer fax data. Users can now generate reports for the entire fax queue, or limit fax data by selecting a date range and filter by the outgoing faxes status. Fax queues can also be sorted on one or more columns. The sorted and filtered fax queue data may then be sent directly to a printer or exported to a tab-delimited text file for import into any commercial spreadsheet or database program.

In addition to filtering capabilities, the server-based viewing restrictions still apply to users - providing access limited to their designated fax data. Only those faxes meeting the chosen criteria for any user are selected for printing or export.

Previously, users of 4-Sight Fax were limited to working with the fax log, which is only available from the fax server machine.”
