PowerTrax Pro - Additional Features Database Synchronization Intelligent field level synchronization allows the central office and remote databases to synchronize efficiently while maintaining the highest level of database integrity. One-step synchronization is performed "bi-directionally" with the central office fully updating each destinations copy. Remote or "field" copies of the database can be tailored to only include database data specific to a sales rep. Traveling Reps can synchronize remotely with the central office via Internet access (through any local Internet Service Provider) as well as through direct modem dial-up. Alternatively, PowerTrax Pro can be "published" on the Internet allowing Firms to directly access the central database remotely via a local ISP. Digital Brochure Libraries Unique to the industry, PowerTrax® Pro allows Rep firms to build digital brochure libraries, where any product represented can reference a digital product brochure. Representatives can subsequently prepare and fax, from their desktop in a single process, personalized sales quotes which optionally include merged cover letters, completed fax cover pages, enclosures as well as supporting product documentation in the form of digitized product brochures. Reports A full range of sales, commission and profitability reports are available by Sales Agent, territory(s), principal(s) or customer(s). Users can define the reporting periods, sort order and other reporting selection criteria allowing the tailoring of reports to meet company-wide informational requirements. Graphs and Labels As a companion to the reporting tools, a comprehensive 3 Dimensional graphing tool provides a broad range of annotatable graph options useful for visually summarizing any snapshot of data. Also included is a complete relational report writer and labels generator providing complete access to all database fields. Security Individual and group level security allow company-assigned database Administrators to manage employee access to only appropriate program areas as well as the capacity to assign add, update and delete privileges to appropriate personnel.
