Product Return Policy


Plug-ins: Soft Solutions' plug-in products are available for evaluation by simply downloading the product from our web site. All plug-in products will work in a "demo" mode for 30 to 45 minutes without a valid registration code for the platform you are working on. By working with the product demonstration provided for any of our plug-ins, you can gain an understanding of what each plug-in product can do for 4D developers. The limited trial period allows you the ability to develop samples or a prototype of your proposed 4th Dimension database. Because of the availability of our evaluation licensing, once full product serial numbers and license codes are issued to our customers, we are only able to provide the customer with product credits.

4-Sight FAX: Our 4-Sight FAX product is provided with evaluation codes allowing customers to trial the product for 30 days. Customers our encouraged to evaluate the product during this time to ensure it meets their needs. Longer evaluation codes can be obtained by calling customer service at 770.457.9400 or 888.447.4448 within North America. Because of our unabridged license evaluation period, once full product serial numbers and license codes are issued to our customers, we are only able to provide the customer with product credits.

3rd Party Hardware: Soft Solutions does not accept returns on any 3rd party hardware or software, including, but not limited to fax modems, routers and cables.
